Because of the detailed care involved in every shipment, we are only able to process returns or exchanges in specific situations. Please take a moment to read through our policy so we can serve you better.
When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
We happily accept returns and exchanges in the following situation:
We've got you covered
You received a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests for the following reasons:
Not covered under our policy
Change of mind after purchase
Personal preference or styling concerns
Any reason other than a damaged or defective product
Size Exchange
We understand that getting the right fit matters! If your product doesn't fit as expected, here's what you need to know:
Size Exchange - Domestic Orders Only
- You have 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us if the size isn't right for you.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Size exchanges are available for domestic orders only - unfortunately, we are unable to offer size exchanges for international orders.
- Please note: A shipping charge will be applicable for size exchanges. The cost of shipping to and fro - including reverse pickup as well as forward shipping charges - is to be borne by the customer.
How Soon Should You Reach Out?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can sort things out for you!
Parcel Opening Video - A Must!
Condition of the product
Please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and invoice included. We may not be able to process requests if the product appears to have been used or the packaging has been altered.
Please record a parcel opening video
To help us resolve your concern quickly and fairly, we require a clear, uninterrupted video of you opening the parcel at the time of delivery. This is needed for all damage, defect, or size exchange requests. Unfortunately, requests submitted without a valid parcel opening video may not be eligible for processing.
Here are a few tips to make sure your video works for us:
- Start recording before you open or remove any packaging - show the sealed parcel first.
- Make sure all sides of the parcel, including the shipping label, are clearly visible.
- Record the entire unboxing in one go - please do not pause or stop midway.
- The condition of the product as you receive it should be clearly captured.
- Good lighting and steady footage go a long way - blurry or incomplete videos may not be accepted.
Why do we ask for this?
This video protects both you and us! It helps us clearly understand the condition of the product at the time of delivery, so we can resolve your concern as fairly and swiftly as possible.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
It's simple - just follow these steps and we'll take care of the rest:

Share your parcel opening video & details
Send us your parcel opening video along with a short description of the issue. This helps us review your request quickly and get back to you with the best solution. -
We'll confirm & arrange pickup
Once we've reviewed the video and verified the issue, we'll send you a confirmation and arrange a free pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours. -
Pack it up safely
Please pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice included. Our courier partner will need the package to be properly sealed before pickup. -
We process your request
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll move forward - whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund - and keep you updated every step of the way.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, here's what you can expect:
Domestic Refunds
- Refund initiated: Within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your returned product.
- Refund in your account: 5 to 7 business days from initiation (may vary by bank or payment provider).
- We'll send you a confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed.
International Refunds
- Refunds for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis after our team reviews the parcel opening video.
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
