  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and other external factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹120 (free on orders over ₹4,000)
  • Express Shipping: ₹1,299

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
