1. Eligibility for Return

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 24-48 hours of delivery. Return requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

          Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all accompanying items, including:

  • Barcodes
  • Accessories or freebies (if any)
  • Invoice
If any of these essentials are missing, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

4. Packaging Standards
  • The product must be adequately packed to prevent any damage during return transit.

Exchange or returns are not applicable on items bought on Sale price.
