We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aarniclothing.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch. Note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get a replacement item, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aarniclothing.com.
